On October 18th, we celebrated the first event held by Strands in Asia, to help accelerate financial institutions’ transformation journeys.
Over fifty invite-only participants attended the Shangri-La Hotel in Jakarta to experience a hands-on simulation of Strands technology, enabling both retail and small business customers to understand the benefits of smarter and more-intuitive user engagement.
In a full day of interaction and knowledge exchange, “we showed how financial institutions can leverage Artificial Intelligence to offer more relevant and bespoke solutions to consumers when they need them most”, commented Strands Senior Solution Advisor, Antoni Chang.
Also representing Strands in the APAC region were Business Development Manager, Eunice Wong, and Business Development Director, Gerald Lee, who believes that “the most extraordinary aspect of the event was that, for the first time in Asia, customers could attend a FinTech seminar that wasn’t just about showcasing financial management products, but rather about experiencing a new breed of banking that understands what customers really need.”
